TECHNICAL FEATURES
Base of the saw bow in welded and standardised structure. Mechanical band tensioning controlled by limit switches. Adjustable saw guidepost slides made from WIDIA. Fast downfeed and raising controlled by a touch probe. Hydraulic control unit. Hydraulic cylinder for operating the saw bow. Vice operated by hydraulic cylinder. Infinitely-adjustable cutting feed. Electronic display of the cutting angle. Hydraulic lock of saw bow position. Saw speed frequency converter. Adjustable pressure depending on the section and type of material: the feed rate increases or decreases proportionally to the cutting resistance. Double safety button for cycle start. Automatic vice cycle.
