TECHNICAL FEATURES
Saw bow and base made of steel plate, welded and standardised, to guarantee the robustness of the structure and its resistance to deformation over time. Descent of the saw bow through linear ball bearings with an inclination of 10%. Pulleys made of spheroidal cast steel, mounted on large bearings. Helical gearbox reducer that ensures quiet operation, long life and more uniform running of the band for cleaner cuts and longer blade life. Tension of the mechanical band controlled by a limit switch. Frequency converter for Blade speed. Both band guidepost arms are are formed by a metal structure. The blade is guided laterally by hard metal platelets. Displacement of the band guidepost on a linear guideposts with ball slides accompanying the cut to prevent the saw from vibrating, thus achieving a cleaner cut. The moving arm is operated by a pneumatic cylinder, automatically keeping it in its ideal position. A cooling system sprays the blade with a special oil every 10-12 seconds for an optimal cut to avoid water dispersion in the workshop. The material is gripped by means of vertical clamps and the table. Material base built with Teflon. Double pulse safety cycle start. Specific PLC unit. Low voltage electrical system according to CE standards, 400 V 50 Hz 24 V DC for the solenoid valves Embossed enamel finish. Dry cutting device.
