» The 370 M DI PK is a completely manual machine, particularly robust, designed for cutting rounds, slabs and medium sized profiles with an angle cut on both sides.
Specially designed for metal and structural carpentry.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
The manoeuvrability of this machine allows swift positioning by degrees of both the saw bow and the pneumatic vice, since its pneumatic movement compensates for the difference in measurements, both in degrees and in width of the workpiece.
Base in welded structure. Cast aluminium saw bow, mounted on tapered roller bearings. Spheroidal cast iron vice mounted on a hardened and ground guidepost. Saw bow support unit: on spheroidal guidepost, mounted on axial bearing and cylindrical rollers, which allows added smoothness in the rotation phase of the saw bow. Gear unit consisting of hardened and ground gears. Adjustable band guidepost slides made from WIDIA. Mechanical band tensioning with limit switches. Low voltage electrical installation as per CE standards. Embossed enamel finish.
STANDARD ACCESSORIES
Millimetre ruler 0-500 mm with stopper. Infeed and outfeed roller. Pneumatic vice.
