» Model 370 SA DI is a semi-automatic band saw with the possibility of cutting to the RIGHT or LEFT, with hydraulic vice and saw bow movement. Designed for cutting solid parts and medium size profiles, with angular cutting up to 60 degrees right and 45 degrees left, but for small and medium production quantities.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
Vice closure. Band start-up and liquid coolant. Start of work. End of work cycle. Band stoppage and liquid coolant. Quick raise. Quick raise stop. Vice opening (if selected).
Base in welded and standardised structure. Cast aluminium saw bow, mounted on tapered roller bearings. Saw bow support unit: on spheroidal guidepost, mounted on axial bearing and cylindrical rollers, which allows added smoothness in the rotation phase of the saw bow. Gear unit consisting of hardened and ground gears. Adjustable band guidepost slides made from WIDIA. Fast downfeed Hydraulic control panel. Front cylinder gives Biger stability to the saw bow, which means less band breakage. Infinitely-adjustable cutting feed. Adjustable pressure depending on the section and type of material: the feed rate increases or decreases proportionally to the cutting resistance. Double safety button for cycle start. Automatic vice cycle. Low voltage electrical installation as per CE standards. Embossed enamel finish.
