» The band saw 370 SA DV is a machine that combines the basic features of the manual and the advantages of the semi-automatic cycle of cutting and hydraulic handling. It is designed for cutting medium details and profiles with the angle cut of up to 60° to the right.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
A special feature of this new machine is the descent of the saw bow by means of two twin vertical columns with ball bearings, which makes it stable and precise over time. The care with the structure and the technical measures adopted allow cutting with high precision and absolute reliability. Iron base and saw bow with welded structure. Spheroidal cast-iron saw bow support unit • Worm gear unit. Electrically adjustable mechanical blade tension. Band guidepost slides made from WIDIA. Fast downfeed and outfeed. Hydraulic control unit. Infinitely-adjustable cutting feed. Adjustable pressure in relation to the section and type of material: increases or decreases the speed in proportion to the increase or reduction of resistance. Double safety button for cycle start. Low-voltage electrical installation in accordance with EC regulations.
