TECHNICAL FEATURES

Base in welded steel structure. Tempered aluminium saw bow, mounted on tapered roller bearings. Gear unit consisting of hardened and ground gears. Spheroidal cast iron vice unit, hydraulic control unit. Adjustable band guidepost slides made from WIDIA. Tension of the mechanical band controlled by a limit switch. Brush. Fast downfeed and raising controlled by a touch probe. Material feeding carriage with possibility of transversal oscillation to facilitate bar feeding. carriage movement, by means of pinions/racks (mod. 3R), by means of a ball screw controlled by a three-phase asynchronous motor with digital inverter. Rotation of the saw bow by means of a DC motor. Blade speed controlled by digital frequency converter. The pressure and the cutting feed are regulated in infinite mode: the feed increases or decreases proportionally to the resistance and the use of the band. Low voltage electrical installation according to CE standards. Embossed finish. CNC control of all machine functions with the possibility of storing up to 30 cutting programs.
